Its own brokers, its own paperwork, its own way of getting paid. A general freight dispatcher learns that on your truck. We already know it.
Boards and direct broker contacts worked daily, filtered for your trailer size and the lanes you want to run. You see loads that pay for the miles, not everything that exists.
Every load is negotiated before it reaches you. You set a minimum rate per mile and nothing below it gets sent.
Carrier packets, agreements, certificates of insurance and W-9s go out from our side. New broker relationships get opened without you making a call.
Rate confirmations, bills of lading, gate passes, invoices. COD and COP loads tracked so nothing gets delivered with money still owed.
We work with your factoring company so invoices go out clean the first time and the cash comes in without a second round of emails.
Detention, damage claims, a broker going quiet on payment. You keep driving. We stay on the phone.

MC authority, insurance, W-9. We build the carrier packet and start opening brokers.

THE ARRANGEMENT
Week to week. If it is not working, you say so and we are done. No termination clause, no notice period.
Every load comes to you first. You say yes or no. Nothing gets booked behind your back.
We are paid out of what you earn, so a weak rate costs us too. The exact percentage depends on fleet size — ask on the call.
Your MC, your insurance, your factoring, your bank account. We dispatch. We do not sit between you and your money.
